  3. How long do my download attempts last before expiring?

    The downloads are set to allow "ONE WEEK" and up to "4 TIMES".

  4. Safari browser changes the videos to .html

    Safari  assumes (incorrectly) that a file being downloaded has the wrong file extension and that it needs to be changed automatically. it changes the file you downloaded to .html 

    Solution:  Uncheck 'Open safe files after downloading' in Safari Preferences/General  or  Do not use safari.

    If you already downloaded the file and have it saved to your computer as a ".HTML" file then simpliy change the file name removing the ".html" from the end of the file name. Then the video will play. The video file name should end in .mp4 or .wmv

  5. My video downloaded as ".html" instead of the video file.

    ios users: Try going to Settings > Safari, and look at the Accept Cookies box. Tap on it and make sure it is either set to "From Visited" or "Always". There seems to be a problem during the iOS upgrade process that causes this setting to get changed to not accept cookies, which will mean almost all sites where you have to log in will not work, or will work badly.

    Download and use VLC free player.  

  7. Can I use a DOWNLOAD MANAGER? (Answer is NO)

    Do NOT use an "Internet Download Manager". You will expire all the downloads at once.

  8. I CAN'T DOWNLOAD TO MY PHONE!!!! WHAT NOW??

    I TRIED EVERTHING AND I STILL CAN NOT DOWNLOAD TO MY PHONE. I tried not using Safari browser, I tried Purchase order to reset to another 4 attempts. I did everthing and my android phone only downloads the order reciepts! 

    Easy and simple solution:  Text your order number to our office cell phone: 727-953-2981 and we will text back the direct link for you to download and save the video to your phone.

    The download link we send you is for you to download and save NOT play the video from our server. The link that we text you will expire in a short amount of time.
